Legal compliance 

The course consists of 8 sessions, 3 of which focus on Dutch labour law, 3 on payroll taxes and 2 on personnel, organisation and communication.

Each section is followed by an exam. 
The exams are conducted online by the Dutch Association for Examinations (Nederlandse Associatie voor Examinering).

Labour law and social security (3 meetings)

Practical Diploma for Payroll Administration  (PDPA)

During this training, our experts explain to you what you should do if your employee calls in sick and&nbsp;is unable to perform his/her duties due to illness and all the regulations that are involved.&nbsp; They do so using a practical case study.&nbsp;&nbsp; We will discuss several case studies to practice the theory.

After attending this training, you will be able to oversee what needs to be done according Dutch labour law when an employee calls in sick. You will be able to know how to communicate with the occupational health and safety service and know which legal actions you can take if an employee does not appear at the appointment with the company doctor or refuses to perform suitable work.This training contributes to a sustainable HR policy.
